THE FOUNDER
Marie Louise
Leistikow
I believe in people.
In the intelligence of nature.
And in a future we can create together.
MY WHY
A more human way is not only possible.
It is essential.
I founded MeetingPower Flow because I saw how much human intelligence is lost in the way we meet, decide and take action.
At the same time, I saw how much becomes possible when people feel safe, are truly heard and consciously use their thinking, feeling, creativity and responsibility — together.
MY JOURNEY
From innovation across continents
to humanship.
MeetingPower Flow is the expression of a journey spanning more than 30 years — exploring human potential, creative thinking, conscious leadership and meaningful innovation.
My entrepreneurial journey began in 1993, when I founded CreaCom. Through my work with people and organisations across continents and cultures, I discovered how much becomes possible when we consciously bring human intelligence together.
Along the way, I was deeply inspired by pioneering thinkers and changemakers, including Dr. Edward de Bono, Tony Buzan, Peter Senge and Ricardo Semler.
Each opened a different window into human potential — how we think, learn, create, collaborate and take responsibility.
Dr. Edward de Bono holds a special place in my journey. I had the privilege of working with him personally and sharing his pioneering thinking methodologies internationally as a distributor and Master Trainer.
Over more than 30 years, these influences, together with my own experiences and discoveries, have helped shape the philosophy and practice of MeetingPower Flow.
And everywhere, I have experienced the same truth:
When people are given the right conditions, they discover their own wisdom — and create extraordinary things together.
LIVING WHAT I BELIEVE
Creating a different future starts with living it.

My journey has taken me beyond organisations and meeting rooms.
In 2021 I founded Ecovillage YoSoy in Andalucía, Spain — a place where we explore what it means to live consciously, in connection with nature, each other and the world around us.
Here, I have also physically built my own hemp-clay home.
Through StarseedsOnEarth, I help people explore their soul's journey, their unique gifts and their purpose in life through Galactic Akashic Records readings.
I also work with children, guiding them to explore their intuitive abilities — including learning to perceive beyond their physical eyesight using their inner awareness (remote viewing).
Different paths. Different expressions.
One guiding belief:
Every human being carries something unique.
And when we become conscious of who we are
and what we can contribute,
we can create extraordinary things.
HUMAN-LED. AI-AMPLIFIED
A future we consciously
create together.
I believe in a future where human intelligence and artificial intellect work together to create extraordinary possibilities.
AI can expand our knowledge, accelerate innovation and amplify our creativity.
But technology does not determine the future we want to create. That is our distinctly human responsibility.
Our Humanship gives direction to what we create, guided by our values, our wisdom and our care for people, nature and future generations.
We make the decisions.
We take responsibility.
We live with the consequences.
— MY INVITATION —
Every human being carries extraordinary potential.
Let’s lead with humanship — creating the conditions for that potential to flourish, and consciously shaping a future together.
For people, for the planet, and for the greater whole.
