Too often, meetings turn into debates in which we defend our own positions
and lose our shared focus.
Sharing information openly and respectfully, making conscious decisions,
and moving forward with commitment — while everyone feels heard, seen and valued — calls for a different way of meeting.
In this course, you’ll learn to guide that shift — helping people focus together and build on each other’s contributions.
Does this sound familiar?
Everyone has something to contribute.
Yet so much remains unspoken or unexplored.
Ideas are challenged before they can develop. People defend their positions, a few voices dominate and others fall silent.
As the meeting leader, you want people to listen, explore differences with curiosity and build on each other’s ideas — with everyone taking responsibility for their contribution.
Imagine the relief of moving beyond this pattern.
My perspective
No one sees the whole. Together, we see more.
Through more than 30 years of working with people around the world, I’ve experienced how much intelligence becomes available when people feel safe to contribute and have a clear focus for thinking together.
Knowledge, feelings, intuition and imagination all have a place.
Our differences give us more to work with.
This is humanship in practice: consciously using our human capacities and taking responsibility for what we create.
When people explore one aspect of a question at a time, they can build on each other’s contributions. Ideas have room to develop, concerns can be explored with care, and a richer shared understanding emerges.
MeetingPower Flow gives this a practical structure.
Through experience and practice, you learn to create and protect these conditions —
so people can think, decide and move forward together.

Leading with our distinctly human capacity to think, sense, imagine,
connect, decide, create and
take responsibility, consciously.
The promise
You’ll learn to create and protect a safe, respectful space. Keep a shared focus.
Turn collective intelligence into conscious decisions and clear commitments —
with people taking ownership of what happens next.
Create what none of us could create alone.

Discovering the Eight Thinking Modes
When you can recognise and name a way of thinking, you can consciously work with it.
MeetingPower Flow introduces eight distinct Thinking Modes, making different ways of thinking visible and easier to explore.
You'll discover how to separate them, consciously choose where to focus your attention, and arrange them in a sequence that serves your purpose. We call this a Flow.
You'll create your first personal Flow around a real-life topic.
This is not a theoretical journey. From the beginning, you work with your subject that matters.
Creativity is consciously given its own space and time in the Flow.
We're in it together. There is support from the course leader and from peers.
Explore how different perspectives enrich our understanding.
Experience what happens when everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute.
Discover how listening, curiosity and openness create space for new insights.
Practise building on one another's ideas rather than defending individual positions.
Explore how shared responsibility and ownership emerge through participation.
Prepare purposeful meeting invitations, including the Flow when relevant.
Invite participants to prepare their contributions using selected Thinking Modes.
Create and protect the conditions for everyone to participate equally.
Facilitate the Flow, one Thinking Mode at a time.
Ask questions that open up thinking and make collective intelligence visible.
Recognise emotions, energy and group dynamics while staying present.
Know when to create space, move forward or adjust the Flow.
Use focused timeframes to keep thinking clear and productive.
Experience how preparation and structured thinking save valuable meeting time.
Support people in building on each other's contributions and taking responsibility for it.
The Flow gives direction —
Before a decision is made, we take time to reflect on everything we've explored together. Facts, benefits, risks, ideas, intuition and different perspectives all have their place.
Reflect on what the shared insights mean for you and the group.
Consider how they relate to your vision, values and agreements.
Recognise different roles, responsibilities and perspectives.
Respect the decision-making process agreed upon in advance.
Make conscious decisions and take responsibility for them.
Formulate decisions clearly, including the reasoning behind them.
In MeetingPower Flow, everyone knows before the meeting who will make the decision and when.
Sometimes everyone decides together. Sometimes the responsibility lies with one person or a smaller group.
You'll practise bringing the shared thinking into the decision-making process,
giving those responsible the space to reflect, consider what matters and make a conscious choice.
When a decision is made, you'll learn to formulate it clearly, so everyone understands what has been decided and why.
And when a decision is scheduled for another moment, the Flow makes that clear too.
The decision gives direction. Action creates progress.
In this next stage, you'll discover how to turn conscious decisions into concrete action. Not by assigning
responsibility to others, but by creating the conditions in which people choose to
contribute and take ownership.
Translate decisions into clear actions and next steps.
Bring people together around a shared direction.
Make space for everyone's knowledge, talents and energy.
Support people in choosing their own contributions.
Agree on commitments, timing and expected outcomes.
Keep progress visible and maintain momentum together.
The Flow doesn't end when a decision is made.
You'll practise turning decisions into clear agreements about what happens next.
Together, you'll explore what needs to be done, who commits to taking action, by when, and how progress will be recognised.
Everyone takes responsibility for their own contribution, while understanding how it connects to what you're creating together.
Once you put MeetingPower Flow into practice, meetings can become 25–50% shorter,
based on over 30 years of practical experience.
Imagine what that means. Not just for your own time, but for everyone involved.
Fewer hours in meetings, lower costs, and more energy and motivation to turn decisions into action.
And there's more.
What if you could save even more time — while making better use of human intelligence?
MeetingPower Flow is a human-centred method. You don't need AI to learn or practise it.
During the course, you'll discover how AI can support you — from preparing a Flow and organising information to exploring different perspectives.
AI is an option, not a requirement.
