What we collect

When you join the Founding Cohort interest list, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation name and submission details, including the date and time.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message.

Your name and email address are required to join the interest list. Providing your organisation name is optional.

How we use your information

Founding Cohort updates

With your consent, we use your details to send you information about the Founding Cohort, including when enrollment opens and relevant details about participating.

Joining the interest list does not commit you to purchasing or attending the course.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Responding to enquiries

We use information you send us to respond to your questions. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work. Where you ask us to take steps towards purchasing a service, we may process your information for that purpose instead.

Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers

We use Mastermind to host our website and collect and manage form submissions. Submission notifications are also delivered to our email account and processed by the providers supporting that account.

We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep your information

We retain Founding Cohort interest list information until three months after enrollment closes, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

If you become a participant, information needed to deliver the course or maintain required business records will be retained separately. We will provide relevant privacy information when you enroll.

We retain enquiry correspondence while responding to your request and for any follow-up reasonably needed to resolve it.

We may retain a minimal record of an unsubscribe request to ensure we respect your preferences.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive information you provided in a portable format.
