About the founder
MeetingPower was founded by Marie Louise Leistikow, a breakthrough business coach with more than 30 years of global experience working with leaders, teams, and organizations.
Alongside her work in business, she also co-founded an EcoVillage in Andalucía — a real-world learning environment where collaboration, trust, governance, and shared responsibility aren’t concepts, but daily practice.
MeetingPower carries that blend: boardroom reality, human systems, and practical tools that make collaboration clearer, lighter, and more effective.
