MeetingPower Flow

Meetings that lead to deeper connections, real commitment, and less wasted time.

You are likely here because meetings matter to you.
Because decisions matter - and because how people work and connect together matters.

This page is here to offer orientation.
It explains what MeetingPower Flow is, and what it makes possible in practice.

Built from years of applied practice • Designed for hybrid complexity • AI optional

The nature of MeetingPower Flow

MeetingPower Flow starts from a simple insight:

In meetings, people are often asked to think in many different ways at the same time —
to analyse, judge, feel, create, and decide all at once.

Human thinking does not work that way.

MeetingPower Flow introduces a clear structure that separates different kinds of thinking and guides them deliberately.
Not to control people, but to elevate the quality of thinking in the room.

At the heart of MeetingPower Flow are two elements and one optional.

Thinking Modes
Each Thinking Mode invites one specific kind of contribution at a time —

such as information, concerns, benefits, creativity, or decision-making.
This creates clarity about what is being asked and reduces unnecessary tension and repetition.

Flows
A Flow is the deliberate order in which Thinking Modes are used for a topic.
The Chair designs and guides this sequence to fit the goal, context, and people involved —

without steering outcomes.

When thinking is structured this way:

participation becomes easier - creativity has a clear place - decisions become understandable

and people stay connected to the process, even when views differ.

Human-centered AI support (optional)

MeetingPower Flow works fully without AI.
Later this year, MeetingPower Flow will be supported by a dedicated human-centered AI layer: the MeetingPower Flow AI Assistant.

This support layer assists with preparation, clarity, and follow-up.
for example by helping structure Flows, capture insights, or reduce cognitive load.

AI does not lead the meeting.
AI does not decide.
Its role is supportive and quiet take care of what can be automated,

so people can focus on connecting and thinking together.

This is how meetings become shorter, clearer, and more meaningful —
by structuring how people think and communicate, rather than directing behaviour.

The Thinking Modes

MeetingPower Flow works with 8 clearly distinguished Thinking Modes.

The eight Thinking Modes

Information
What is known, what is not yet known, and what information is essential.

Creativity
New ideas, alternatives, and reframes — without evaluation.

Feelings
How people experience the topic — acknowledged without discussion or justification.

Process
How the group proceeds: steps, roles, and coordination.

Risks
What could hinder progress or requires careful attention.

Reflection
Pausing to make sense of what has emerged and notice patterns.

Benefits
What is valuable, promising, or worth strengthening.

Decision
Bringing thinking together into a clear, shared conclusion.

Why icons matter

MeetingPower Flow

These eight icons make the structure of thinking visible — across languages and cultures.

Because icons are visual and non-verbal, they work across languages, cultures, and levels of experience.

Participants quickly learn to recognise the thinking modes and respond accordingly.

Over time, meetings no longer require verbal structuring.

Drawing the icons is enough.

The result is less explanation, less confusion, and more time for real thinking and connection.

What MeetingPower Flow gives you as chair

MeetingPower Flow strengthens the role of the Chair without adding control or pressure.

As Chair, you no longer have to hold everything in your head at once.
The structure carries the thinking, so you can focus on presence, listening, and timing.

You guide the process, not the content.
This makes your leadership visible and trustworthy — even in complex or tense conversations.

Because the Flow is clear, you can:

- intervene without interrupting

- move the meeting forward without forcing agreement

- Authority shifts from personal influence to a shared, visible structure that everyone understands.

This gives you something rare in meetings:
clarity without dominance, direction without manipulation, and decisions that hold beyond the room.
