A 4-week, live bootcamp for team leads who want less circular discussion and more follow-through.
You’ll learn one rare leadership skill: guiding your team through one thinking mode at a time — so clarity rises, people step up, and decisions turn into action.
- More ownership (less chasing)
- More momentum (less looping)
- More respect (strong voices don’t dominate, quiet voices contribute)
Built from 25+ years of global applied facilitation — translated into a practical method you apply immediately. Designed for hybrid complexity
Meetings don’t fail because your team is unmotivated.
They fail because the conversation mixes everything at once: facts, opinions, emotions, risks, ideas.
That “mixed thinking” creates:
- debate loops
- confusion
- slow decisions
- weak commitment
- and a team that waits for you to carry it.
If you want a team that takes ownership, you need meetings that make ownership possible.
The MeetingPower Flow shift:
From mixed thinking → to sequenced thinking.
MeetingPower Flow separates thinking into clear modes and guides them deliberately — so the team knows what kind of contribution is needed right now.
In the bootcamp you’ll learn the 8 Thinking Modes — and more importantly, how to sequence them in real meetings so ownership increases.
This is not about managing people.
It’s about designing how the team thinks together — and that’s where ownership grows.
Quick overview of the 8 Thinking Modes
Information
What is known, what is not yet known, and what information is essential.
Creativity
New ideas, alternatives, and reframes — without evaluation.
Feelings
How people experience the topic — acknowledged without discussion or justification.
Process
How the group proceeds: steps, roles, and coordination.
Risks
What could hinder progress or requires careful attention.
Reflection
Pausing to make sense of what has emerged and notice patterns.
Benefits
What is valuable, promising, or worth strengthening.
Decision
Bringing thinking together into a clear, shared conclusion.
By week 4, you can:
- reset a meeting in the moment (without shutting people down)
- design a clear meeting flow in 10 minutes (goal → steps → outputs)
- turn disagreement into structured progress (no debate spirals)
- close every topic with ownership: who does what by when
- use the same method in 1:1 conversations
Typical time benefit:
With correct application, a common outcome is ~25% time saved — meaning:
- less running over time
- more agenda progress within the planned window
- fewer circular discussions that drain energy
- No heavy tracking. Just a quick before/after check on one recurring pilot meeting.
This bootcamp is designed for people who want to do more than understand MeetingPower Flow intellectually.
It is for those who want to apply it in real conversations, real meetings, and real leadership situations.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you will learn the principles, practice them in your own context, and begin to build a new leadership habit.
Format
- 4 weeks
- 5 live group calls (60 minutes each)
- practical scripts and templates included
Application in your own work
Throughout the bootcamp, you will apply what you learn directly in your own meetings and conversations.
Each week, you are asked to lead 2 meetings or conversations using the MPF principles.
These can be:
- (team) meetings
- 1:1 conversations
- important conversations
- shorter check-ins or longer sessions
What matters is not the format.
What matters is that you practice leading thinking more consciously in real life.
Your pilot meeting
At the start of the bootcamp, you choose one recurring meeting as your pilot meeting.
This meeting will serve as your personal before-and-after reference point, allowing you to observe more clearly what changes as you apply the method — in focus, contribution, decision quality, and flow.
Personal feedback at two key moments
You will receive focused support at two important stages of the bootcamp.
Midway
You submit one meeting flow or agenda.
You receive precise feedback to strengthen the quality of your thinking sequence and your meeting leadership.
At the end
You submit:
1. your next meeting flow
2. your 30-day integration plan
This final step is designed to help you carry the method into your ongoing work with greater confidence, clarity, and consistency.
Practice is part of the method
This bootcamp is intentionally designed around real application.
Because MeetingPower Flow is not mastered by insight alone,
but by using it where it matters: in the conversations you lead every week.
Week 1 — Create clarity fast
Stop mixed thinking. Make it easy for people to contribute.
Week 2 — Design meetings that finish
